This exciting opportunity is for a Government Policy Specialist to join our Operational Policy Unit. You will work closely with our Policy Unit to provide policy advice to government and stakeholders on emergency management-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policy solutions to address complex emergency management challenges
  • Provide high-level policy advice to government and stakeholders on emergency response and recovery operations
  • Analyze and coordinate second opinion advice on policy work impacting NEMA's operational roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policy solutions that support emergency management decision-making
