Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre. As an HR & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and processing full specifications of monthly payroll for retail F&B customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to queries from client employees and F&B managers regarding all payroll matters.
  • Create and maintain client employee records in the payroll system on a timely basis.
  • Check staff attendance and generate reports including overtime and provision bonus.
  • Timely submission of monthly approvals, CPF submission, IR8A, and tax clearance.
Requirements
  • Applicants with at least 2 years in HR and handling workers' payroll.
Work Schedule
  • 5 days a week, 9 am to 6 pm.
