Responsibilities
- Advise on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Provide expert interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Proactively address employee relations matters and foster positive employee relations
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to HR and organizational development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a human resources function, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations
