Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a human resources function, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations
