AWS Cloud Support Engineer

We're looking for an AWS Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a member of our global support organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers, driving resolution of complex technical issues, and ensuring timely incident response.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network and operating system support, with experience working in distributed computing environments. A bachelor's degree and industry-specific accredited certification(s) are required. Familiarity with cloud services, high availability, and fault-tolerant design is also preferred.
In this role, you will:
• Drive the resolution of large-scale customer-impacting incidents as part of a team rotation
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across AWS to improve the customer experience and develop mechanisms that support operational excellence
• Create and review documentation; design/influence new standard operating procedures
• Perform other duties as required by the organization
