Job Details
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex customer issues and escalating them to senior team members as needed
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
