Job Overview

Spectrum Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Weekend Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of service for individuals we support outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities:

The Weekend Coordinator will be responsible for providing professional guidance and instruction to front-line staff, managing services over weekends and public holidays, and visiting homes and sites where services are provided. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a relevant area such as health, teaching, psychology, social work, or management
  • Experience supporting people with an intellectual disability and/or autism
  • Class 1 Full NZ Driver's License
