About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the initial stage of a large software replacement project, which includes implementation planning, stakeholder management, and change management.

As an Agile Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing the business case for the project, leading and motivating a team of professionals, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the business case for the project
  • Leading and motivating a team of professionals to achieve project goals
  • Managing project risks, issues, and governance activities
  • Representing the project at governance and steering committee meetings
  • Providing timely and accurate project reports to stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven project management experience in large and complex organisations
  • Experience leading project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, particularly in an Agile context
  • Collaborative experience working with Service Team Managers to drive business and digital change
