About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial results in your territory through effective sales strategies and market plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business in your territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, end-users, and other key stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
  3. Manage key accounts and develop product positioning and forecasting strategies to meet customer needs.
  4. Analyze market trends and develop proposals to drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of success in sales or commercial roles within the agriculture market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Diligent and self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A relevant degree and/or experience in a related field, such as agronomy or marketing.
