About You

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaner to join our housekeeping team at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the resort, working closely with colleagues to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the resort, including rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.
  • Complete cleaning tasks on time and within allocated hours, using provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training.
  • Maintain a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients and contractors.
  • May be required to check the quality of cleaning in other rooms.
