Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Superconducting Interconnect Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in materials science, electrical engineering, or related field, with expertise in 3D superconducting interconnects and wafer-to-wafer hybrid bonding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop 3D superconducting interconnects for quantum computing applications.
  • Explore and develop wafer-to-wafer hybrid bonding techniques for quantum packaging.
  • Establish design rules and Process Design Kits (PDKs) for quantum packaging technologies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in semiconductor or quantum process development and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with process development, integration, and monitoring in semiconductor packaging.
  • Familiarity with 3D interconnect technologies, wafer bonding, and other advanced packaging techniques.
