About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Care Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facilities, including carrying out routine checks, resolving maintenance issues, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out scheduled routine checks to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities
  2. Resolve planned and unplanned maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Supervise and assist contractors as required
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the premise is maintained to a high standard at all times

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need good DIY skills and experience with facility maintenance. You should also have a strong understanding of local and central government compliance schedules (BWOF) and be physically fit with high energy and enthusiasm.
