Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality technical documents, including specifications, datasheets, and user manuals.
  • Collaborating with sales teams, architects, consultants, builders, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, New Zealand Standards, fire compliance, and ASSA ABLOY product requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, including project information, customer contacts, and sales data.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
