Senior Registered Nurse Position Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ryman Healthcare as a Senior Registered Nurse in a Care Team Coordinator role. As a member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and leading and inspiring your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management to a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Work closely with residents' families/whanau, visitors, Allied Health Professionals, and District Health Boards to create lasting relationships
  • Conduct interRAI assessments and support the nursing team to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Provide support to Clinical Managers and Village Managers as needed
