Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager who is a strategic thinker to drive business growth and can adapt quickly in a startup environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchisee network and strategic partnerships to accelerate our growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and present business development reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
  4. Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  5. Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in any field or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in sales / business development, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
  3. Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company's target.
  4. Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
  5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
  6. Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.

Working Hours

  1. 5 days work week.
  2. Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm.
