Job Overview:

The Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Development & Strategic Transformation Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role requires an individual with excellent strategic thinking, analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate strategy, organisational transformation, and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop transformational plans and facilitate execution, working closely with the executive team to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Manage transformational initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic support to senior leadership, conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations or reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • More than 4 years' experience as a Corporate Development & Strategic Transformation Manager, or in a similar role supporting C-level leaders in a high-tech or fast-paced environment.
