We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Westgate store as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and leading the team on operational aspects.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager on all operational aspects
- Managing the team on the Store Manager's RDO
- Training and coaching your team daily with assistance from a dedicated Store Manager
- Completing a 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified
- Learning the Bendon approach and interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during, and after a fitting
