  • Arranging travel and training for lower-level employees.

Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years related experience, or any combination of equivalent education and related experience totaling at least 7 years. Additionally, you should have advanced communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as advanced research, analytical, and data summation abilities. You will also require advanced experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with sensitive and highly confidential information, strong independent analysis, and good judgment are also essential. Finally, you should have a broad knowledge of the organization's structure, functions, and key personnel, as well as working knowledge of Church doctrine, policies, and procedures.
