Job Description
The Medical Scheduler Ii will be responsible for coordinating patient schedules, performing administrative tasks, and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report preparation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- High school completion or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Epic/EMR experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
