Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our busy team of brokers, handling policy and client enquiries, and providing administrative assistance with documentation needs. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, negotiation of policy terms and conditions with insurers, and assist with client renewals according to our organisational protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Front-line point of contact for our clients and handle any enquiries they may have.
  • Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurers to drive positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Assist with client renewals in accordance with our organisational protocols.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. You should have a customer-first mentality and be proactive in resolving issues. Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and confidence using standard office software are essential. L5 General Insurance Certification or on your way to achieving it is desirable.
