We are seeking a skilled Administration and Financial Assistant to join our team at Ripple. This part-time role involves managing human resources and payroll administration, as well as overseeing general administration and providing sales support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll administration, utilizing IMS Payroll and other tools.
  • Handle accounts, including bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and all tax responsibilities, using Xero and Workflow Max where possible.
  • Provide sales support to our clients.
Requirements:
  • Currently reside in New Zealand.
  • Have experience with Xero, IMS Payroll, and Workflow Max.
  • Be comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate accountability and initiative in a sole charge environment.

This part-time role offers 25 hours per week, with flexibility during school holidays, making it an ideal fit for those with school-aged children looking to re-enter the workforce. We prioritize decency and encouragement, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
