The role is hybrid/flexible.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at AR Staffing Solutions.
We are looking for a self-driven, proactive salesperson who can bring in new business opportunities and relationships.This role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and securing contracts with new FMCG/Construction companies.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through cold calls, networking, and online platforms.Client Acquisition: Engage with decision-makers, schedule meetings, and present staffing solutions to businesses that require temporary or contract workers.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
Attend various networking events on behalf of AR Staffing Solutions.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients on the benefits of using temporary staffing services.Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with clients to secure deals that meet both the company's and client's expectations.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers) to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Skills:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build relationships and network with potential clients.
