About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Auckland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new opportunities and developing long-term relationships with our key independent customers.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the Auckland region, building relationships that lead to lasting business growth.
- Growing Key Independent Customers: Work closely with our key independent customers to help them grow their sales and develop successful partnerships.
- Collaboration with Key Account Managers: Support national accounts by working with Key Account Managers and engaging regional stakeholders, key distributors, and customers to maximize every opportunity.
- Sales Execution: Execute dynamic sales strategies within the Traditional Trade sector to drive growth across both new and existing business.

- Industry Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the New Zealand impulse and convenience trade channel and can leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.
