At Frontline Hospital, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team and lead the operations of our short stay and cardiology unit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the smooth running of Short Stay Unit/Cardiology services, including pre and post cardiac and post-op surgical patients from day stay to 48 hours.
- Report to the theatre manager and be responsible for the operational functions and managing the team working with defined KPI's.
- Motivate and coach teams of care staff to ensure the provision of safe, quality, high acuity care to private clients.
