About the Role

The Rotorua Library Crisis Team provides specialist secondary mental health services to the community, prioritizing cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.

This role involves applying core care delivery functions while utilizing specialized knowledge and skills within a multi-disciplinary team. The crisis team supports individuals and their whānau experiencing acute mental health crises through assessment, follow-up, connection with community services, and treatment planning.

You will be part of a diverse team including nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists, working in a supportive environment.

This is a permanent position with 0.75FTE, requiring 60 hours of work per fortnight.
