About the Role

The Lakes Opioid Treatment Service (LOTS) in the Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions Service is seeking experienced Clinicians to join their team.

As a specialist, you will provide intervention for individuals to optimize recovery and quality of life, as well as case coordination. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team and community addiction providers to deliver community mental health care based on current best practice.

  • Provide specialist intervention for people to optimise recovery and quality of life as well as case coordination.
  • Provide community mental health care based on current best practice and collaborative working within the interdisciplinary team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A registered Nurse or other suitably qualified health professional with experience in a community mental health and/or addictions environment.
  • Sound assessment, psychosocial intervention, and talking therapy skills.
  • Competence in all facets of assessment, holistic care, and multi-disciplinary teamwork, with demonstrated ability to work with all ethnicities, particularly Māori/Iwi.
