Job Description

As a Sales Strategy Executive, you will be responsible for leading the Home and Distribution business in New Zealand, driving sustainable solutions and fostering high-performance teams. You will inspire and empower your teams to deliver innovative products and services, shaping the strategic direction for the PDL and Schneider Electric brands in the market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for the residential segment, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Building and coaching high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety-first, collaboration, innovation, and engagement.
  • Partnering closely with the Marketing team to create and execute strategic plans that drive business growth across all areas.
  • Formulating and implementing strategies to retain volume and market share, expand accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and explore new market segments.

You will also be responsible for gathering and providing valuable feedback on product performance, market trends, partner activities, and pricing strategies, as well as striving to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in collaborative roles within the residential and building segment, strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to explore market trends and customer needs effectively.
