Job Description:
As a dynamic Learning and Organisational Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive learning and development programmes that enhance kaimahi skills, leadership capabilities, and organisational effectiveness. You will lead the design and delivery of work programmes for talent identification and people performance, aligned to Group strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives
- Lead the design and delivery of work programmes for talent identification and people performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance kaimahi skills and leadership capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning and development programmes with business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will thrive on working with diverse groups and a specialist, highly technical workforce. Along with your customer-centric and team attitude, you can adapt your approach and thought leadership to build strong relationships and support the development of individuals through to Group systems. You understand the bigger picture, and the role we play as a kaitiaki of our country's play, active recreation and sporting system.
