Workforce Intelligence Team
We're expanding our People Analytics function and seeking talented individuals to help build an innovative, diverse and complementary team.
This role would be for experienced analytics professionals with the ability to design, develop and maintain forward-thinking people analytics, insights and workforce management activities.
You will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership teams, coach and build skills in the team, and develop and optimize analytical processes using Python, SQL, and visualization tools.
About the Role:
This role would be for experienced analytics professionals with the ability to independently build and maintain workplans, analytics roadmaps and workforce-related projects.
You will lead remuneration analysis and processes, facilitate job evaluation processes, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- A mix of strong People Analytics and workforce management
- Ideal Python & SQL experience, or transferrable experience in other languages/tech
- Data governance and standard setting
- Strategic thinking and relationship management skills
