Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including managing calendars, emails, and stakeholder communications.
- Take the lead in event management, organisational meetings, and bookings of travel and accommodation.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Assist with the development of documentation and reports.
- Support the organisation in achieving its strategy and work programmes.
- Contribute to specific organisational projects, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong decision-making abilities, project, and event management skills.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Te Tiriti of Waitangi and understanding of equity within health.
