Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including managing calendars, emails, and stakeholder communications.
  • Take the lead in event management, organisational meetings, and bookings of travel and accommodation.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Assist with the development of documentation and reports.
  • Support the organisation in achieving its strategy and work programmes.
  • Contribute to specific organisational projects, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, project, and event management skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Te Tiriti of Waitangi and understanding of equity within health.
