Job Summary:

This permanent full-time position is based at Gisborne Hospital and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our nursing services and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to nursing staff
* Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
* Coordinate hospital activities and events
* Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors
* Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of the Healthcare system
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
* Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
