Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in home and community care
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and cultural sensitivity
  • Competency in Te Reo Māori and Tikanga (Māori language and customs) or commitment to learning and growth
  • Certification as a registered nurse in New Zealand, with current annual practicing certificate
