Key Responsibilities:
- Become the trusted Category Captain for protein snacking in the NZ Grocery Channel.
- Use compelling insights to grow the category and deliver value for customers.
- Develop trusted partnerships with major retail players like Foodstuffs and Woolworths.
- Own revenue targets, manage trade investments, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Drive customer marketing and product innovation, leading best-in-class product launches tailored to Kiwi consumers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, proven FMCG industry experience, and strong analytical skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and a customer-centric mindset are also required.
