About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing support to our Account Managers and acting as a key communicator between our Account Teams and Field Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Central Implementation: Develop and implement central sales processes, including promotional plans, category reviews, key event weeks, new product developments, and activations.
  2. Communicate Effectively: Act as a key point of contact between Account Teams and Field Sales, identifying opportunities to improve the selling process.
  3. Support Promotional Planning: Assist in the preparation and management of promotional and financial plans, ensuring timely delivery of full-year financial objectives.
  4. Provide Insights: Analyze and provide commentary on key forecast, scan performance, and new product development reports.
  5. Coordinate Event Weeks: Compile details on all key event weeks and work with Account Managers to build robust plans, communicating execution plans to the Field Team.
  6. Support Field Team: Provide assistance to the Field Team through promotional activity planning, instore execution, spend budgets, and store requests.
  7. Adhere to Policies: Perform assigned tasks in accordance with Kraft Heinz policies, programs, and goals related to Food Safety, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources.

About You
