About the Role

This position involves operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines independently during 2nd shift. You will collaborate with two assemblers to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth production. Additionally, you will monitor and inspect parts to meet quality and production standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or CNC coursework preferred.
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage production without direct supervision.

You should have strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and basic programming adjustments. Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions is essential. Experience working alongside assembly teams in a production environment is required. Skilled in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) for quality assurance.
