About Our Company

We have over 90 years of experience in enabling the ongoing electronics revolution. Our company is headquartered in Endicott, NY, and has operations in China and Mexico. We are seeking a self-sufficient and skilled CNC Tech Lead to run 2nd shift operations with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
  • Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines independently during 2nd shift.
  • Collaborate with two assemblers to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth production.
  • Monitor and inspect parts to meet quality and production standards.
Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or CNC coursework preferred.
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage production without direct supervision.

Additionally, you will need strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and basic programming adjustments. Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions is also essential. Experience working alongside assembly teams in a production environment is required. You should be skilled in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) for quality assurance.
