**Your Role**

As our Commercial Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth and sales of our toys brands. Your responsibilities will include proposing and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with in-market teams, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and sales of our toys brands
  • Collaborate with sales country and account managers to deliver strategic brand programs
  • Pitch brands to key accounts globally

**Requirements**

You must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. A go-getter attitude, energy, creativity, and determination to continuously improve and push boundaries are essential. Strong communication & influencing skills, with the ability to translate messages across various stakeholders, are also required.
