Customer Centricity Manager

You will work closely with our product and technology teams to deliver innovative banking experiences. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with UX teams, translating business requirements, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
We're seeking someone with significant experience in digital products, particularly in internet banking and/or mobile banking. You should have a proven track record of working with customer analytics tools and be familiar with customer segmentation tools. In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to have a solid understanding of Agile environments and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
