Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our agricultural products team as a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, end-users, and other influential decision-makers
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to create targeted sales strategies and product positioning plans
- Manage key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or commercial roles, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
