Merchandise Category Lead for Animal Health and Nutrition

In this senior leadership role, you will develop and implement strategic plans for our Animal Health and Nutrition categories at Farmlands.
Key responsibilities include market analysis, vendor partnerships, category initiative implementation, team leadership, and delivering measurable results.

About You- A passion for animal health and nutrition with industry knowledge and vision.
- Detailed understanding of the NZ animal health sector's channels to market and retail merchant roles.
- Proven people leadership experience with team motivation and management skills.
- Ability to create and manage product offers with range principles and technical service requirements.
- Excellent communication and financial acumen.
