Habit Health, a nationwide healthcare provider specializing in rehabilitation services, is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to spearhead the growth and management of their upper limb rehabilitation service in the Canterbury Region.

The ideal candidate will be a registered Hand Therapist with a strong background in clinical leadership, possessing excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing caseloads while promoting efficient workflows.

The role involves collaborating with Service Leads and Regional Managers for seamless service delivery, providing exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and supervising a team of clinicians to expand upper limb rehabilitation services.

In return for their expertise, Habit Health offers a competitive market salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, annual professional development budget, reimbursement of registration fees, and a comprehensive benefits package including company vehicles, laptop, mobile phone, well-being initiatives, and opportunities for career progression.

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, current practicing certification, membership in Hand Therapy NZ, PNZ, or OTNZ, and at least five years' experience in a clinical leadership position. The ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, as well as ACC operational knowledge, is highly desirable.
