Ongoing Job Duties

  • Process Daily Invoice Register for all plants.
  • Send daily invoices to customers via portal uploading.
  • Tech Center/Tool Shop Invoicing.
  • Scrap Material Invoicing.
  • Invoice process management.
  • Manage Billing Dispute Log and Chargebacks Report.

Requirements

This role requires an Associate's degree (preferred) or a High School Diploma with 5+ years' experience in a similar or related field. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Effective communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.

Bonus Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Displays initiative and critical thinking skills.
  • Process-focused – ability to share ideas on improving processes.
