Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Multimedia Producer to join our team, based in Auckland or Wellington, New Zealand. As a key member of our Content Production Team, you'll be responsible for producing engaging content for brands, sporting teams and sponsors across KOJO.

Your primary focus will be on managing pre-production, production and post-production processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets and reconciliation
  • Manage production timelines and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and refine project outcomes
  • Maintain a positive team environment and promote professional communication among team members

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in content production (agency experience and sports presentation, events and/or activations expertise highly valued)
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
