We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Digital Content Designer.**

As part of our Customer Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for the creation of content that will be integrated into digital customer experience products.

You’ll be tasked with creating design concepts and assets across all digital experiences for our retail and trade customers. This includes the retail website, trade website & digital experience products in-store.

**Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, your key functions will include**:

- Develop visually appealing and engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Design and produce multimedia assets for websites and other digital channels.
- Optimize images and graphics for various digital platforms and devices.
- Ensure content is user-friendly and accessible by following UX design principles.
- Liaison with advertising agencies and other marketing partners to co-ordinate production of other electronic material as required.
- Create promotions and catalogue imagery for the website in accordance with the promotional schedule.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure all digital experience content is aligned with all brand guidelines.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A marketing or digital qualification preferred.
- 3 years+ experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Enterprise level CMS experience.
- Familiarity with UX design principles to ensure content is accessible and easy to navigate.
- Experienced in the manipulation of images, digital assets, web design tools and associated software.
- Customer focused, commercially astute and technology enabled.
