About the Role
We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team as a Nurse Coordinator for the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. As a key member of our Haematology Service, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless care for patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities
- To work across the care continuum, coordinating care for patients and their families at all stages of the transplant process
- To act as a specialist resource for patients, medical practitioners, and other nurses
- To implement a nursing care model that educates, supports, and encourages others within the team to achieve common service goals
- To possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Haematology Stem Cell Transplant management
- Proven leadership with a solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently hold or be working towards a relevant Post Graduate qualification
