About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Manager to oversee commissioning processes and manage the development and delivery of Commissioning, BiM, and Asset Management scopes for our new St. Paul's Hospital project.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Owner's commissioning responsibilities and ensure compliance with the CSA Z8001 Commission Planning Framework.
  • Manage the development of Commissioning plans, scope, schedule, and process, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Oversee the integration of LEED Commissioning requirements, Owner Equipment coordination, scheduling, and FM training for base-building systems and select equipment.
  • Coordinate Clinical training into the Commissioning schedule as required.
  • Liaise with the Technical Team and Operational Readiness team to ensure a smooth transition into operations.
