About the Role:You will work with a high-volume service looking after both maternity and gynaecology patients. Guided by the Team Leader, Service Manager, and Clinical Director/Triaging Clinician, you will ensure adherence to booking practices in line with Ministry of Health (MoH) targets and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide timely and efficient care to patients, clinicians, and others accessing our services.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Always respect patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Manage Patient Arrival and Departure: Coordinate the smooth flow of patients through our clinics.
- Promptly Refer Unwell or Infirm Patients: Identify and refer patients who require immediate attention to nursing staff.
- Ensure Accurate Data Entry: Update patient demographics and booking information promptly and accurately.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide high-quality healthcare services to our community.
