About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst on a fixed-term contract until June 30, 2026, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new CMS and mapping solution. You will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders, conducting in-depth business and technical analysis across all project elements, including data integrations and processes.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the vendor evaluation and selection process for CMS and mapping solutions
  • Conduct business and technical analysis across CMS, mapping services, and data integrations
  • Lead collaborative working groups to drive project solutioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex mapping data challenges
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business and technical analysis across various technologies
  • Proven experience in cloud solution delivery, web services, and content management systems
  • Strong knowledge of data system integrations and data processes
  • GIS and spatial data experience (desirable but not essential)
  • High level of self-motivation with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
