As part of the Project Delivery team, you will play a key role in supporting project execution through effective coordination, document management, and administrative support.You'll work closely with Project Managers to maintain project plans, coordinate work across teams, and ensure quality project documentation.
Your organisational skills will help ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and align with compliance requirements.To be successful in this role, you will bring experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles, preferably within the infrastructure, water, or construction sectors.
Key skills and attributes include:Experience coordinating projects, managing documentation, and supporting project teams.Strong organisational and administrative skills, with an ability to track project progress and maintain schedules.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with project management software.Exposure to NZS3910/3916 contracts would be advantageous.If you're looking to take the next step in your career and contribute to essential infrastructure projects, we'd love to hear from you.The mid-point of the salary range is $91,234 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $77,549 - $109,481 per annum.
