Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement asset management strategies to extend the life of our assets.
  3. Procure goods and services, manage contractor relationships, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  4. Monitor budgets, manage finances, and provide regular reports.
  5. Support project management for small-scale projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  6. Lead and motivate teams, making informed decisions and driving innovation in facility operations.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Considerable experience in Facilities Management, with a focus on technical services.
  2. Familiarity with the Building Act and compliance codes.
  3. Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements within the built environment.
  4. Ability to procure goods and services, manage contractor relationships, and ensure contract compliance.
  5. Experience in contributing to asset management and preventative maintenance planning.
  6. Understanding of project management methodologies.
  7. Good financial management skills, including budgeting and cost optimization.
  8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
