The Role
We're seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who can deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and poise
- Service Bookings: Assist customers with service bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our after-sales team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in customer service
